Workshop Discription
Play several Orff-style games that cultivate the crucial ensemble skills of listening, watching, and time-keeping. These fun and engaging games have been refined through years of student input. They are adaptable to any age group, and have been tested on Kindergarten through College-aged students.
Bio
Aaron Williams is a multi-instrumentalist, composer, and passionate music-educator originally
from Kansas City, MO. He is the Co-founder of Collision of Rhythm and director of the Orff-
Schulwerk program at Children’s Community School in Los Angeles. There he develops and
teaches Orff-based curriculum to grades K-6, incorporating singing, community engagement,
percussion, tap-dance, piano, and more.
